You need to use an LFO affecting
the pitch of
the sound, using 8 or 16 bars or whatever for the length of the cycle. this
makes the pitch rise uniformly. You also need to use another LFO that
affects the sound running at a faster rate, which gives it the woooowooowoooow
thing.
