No it won't cause any problems, basically several years ago there was a bug
(or two) where dnews died when a reload command was issued, so at that
time we added logging so each part of the reload logged a line to say what
it was going to do next, as these log lines don't do any harm we left them
all in, that particular one is before the call that resets the loglvl
ChrisP.
