Yes your expire.conf percentage rules for the piles below add up to more
than 100%

At 100% the spool is full and DNews will pause the incoming feeds.  So
the solution is
to reduce the % rules so that tye add up just less than 100% say 97%
then manually kick
off and expire (tellnews expire) and it should be ok.  Let us know if
