The newnews command is enabled by default so you don't need to do
anything.

The error you mentioned above probably means that your exchange server
is trying to send an ihave feed to DNews.  If you want to allow exchange
to send
ihave to DNews then add a line like this to the end of your access.conf
and issue a tellnews reload.

exchange.server.ip:ihave:::*

If you are trying to send more than a few newsgroups to exchange then
I'd suggest that you would be better to configure a dfeed feed to the
exchange
box rather than trying to get it to suck news items via the newnews
