I suggest you do two things:
In dnews.conf add
spam_stop true
In (workare)filter.dat add one line for each naughty word you can think of but
avoid very short ones that may be part of non naughty words, you may want to
start with the filter.dat from our website although it isn't tuned for this
purpose.
In newsfeeds.conf block the naughty groups in your me feed:
site me
groups *,!*.sex.*,!*.erotic.* (etc...)
Then issue these commands to delete groups that don't match your me feed:
tellnews reload
tellnews matchfeed
