Diagnosing a suck feed

It has been a long time since I had to use a suck feed, but I am pretty sure I have it set up correctly.  It is added, the groups are downloaded and I can see them in my group list from the news reader.  I can post a message to one of the groups and it shows up on that sites news group right away, telling me that it is going directly to them and not to my ihave feeder.  But I can not get it to bring down messages.   The suck feed is support-forums.novell.com.  I have looked over the manual, and the faq's and tried those steps but do not see anything in the logs pertaining to these forums or site.   Using dnews 5.4j7 under NT 4 s6a   Any other suggestions as what to check?     John Carter Network Systems Programmer Indiana Purdue University Ft.
