Stop dnews
Stop dmgrsvc  (net stop dmgrsvc)
close the admin tool
Delete gstat.* from the workarea
Start them all again

That clears out the gstat data, if it fills up again because you really have
100+ incoming feed names then let me know and we'll fix the limit.
