Mixing such and IHAVE feeds?

Hello,

Our system takes an IHAVE feed from out upstream, but I'd like to add a
sucking feed for some additional groups from specific servers.

What is the correct way to do this?

Also, is the correct way to set a group as permanently cached (so that it
will be sucked) something like 'tellnews cached {groupname} 100000' ?
