This isn't in itself caused by a fault, unless items that should still
exist give the error. Items can
be legitimately missing for the following reasons:
Expired items
CAncelled items
Deleted items
Anyway check dnews.log when you get this kind of error to see if it gives
any 'unusual' errors or is simply
saying that item doesn't exist.
