Get the sending site to send to port 7500, and or restart dnews, when using
dmulti if you send a feed to port 119
changes to access.conf are not fully reloaded with a 'tellnews reload'
command so a restart is needed.
But for performance reasons you should get the feed sent to port 7500
anyway so thats probably worth doing and that
will save you doing a restart.
