Hello

Then I changing a users.dat file I must always issue a 'tellnews reload'
command before cahnges will take effect. 

Is there another ways to update users.dat file without 'tellnews reload'
command?

The reason why I don't like 'reload' command is because in this time
users can't access my server about 20-30 seconds.
