It depends a bit on exactly what you want to achieve, fundamentally cancel
messages
are tricky to control as it's very easy for users to fake them.
You can block all local cancels with
cancel_disable true
You can stop cancels except for messages origination from the same ip
address with
cancel_verify_host true
