Well it's not the done thing :-) But if you want...
If you have a posting feed to your upstream site, you could achieve
something like that by setting the
group as not moderated locally with the newgroup command.
tellnews newgroup group.name y
and ensure you are sending upstream using
type posting
in newsfeeds.conf then the upstream site would send the message to the
moderator and your system would just accept it
and show it.
