Hmm, well there are several major differences.
         1) webnews cache's the list of groups, and xover information 
within a group this allows
         better threading behaviour and better performance
         2) webnews has more powerful templates (compatible with our 
webmail product
         3) webnews logins can be shared with our webmail products (so a 
user can login to one
         and not have to login to the other)
         4) webnews display of mime and various other message types is 
probably better and more
         correct.

Basically dnewsweb is simple and nice for a quick look at a news group, 
webnews is a bit
fancier with more options for tailoring and probably the better choice for 
new developments particularly if you want to integrate it with our webmail 
products.
