The general answer is try it manually
telnet news.megapathdsl.net 119
And ensure in dnews.conf you have a space after news.megapathdsl.net
And lastly test it with the instructions on
http://netwinsite.com/dnews/feedsin.htm which describe how to test
a sucking feed
But as someone else has mentioned that site doesn't allow sucking so
that is probably your real problem, or will be once you get the config setting
right :-( check the other post for details of how to find a good sucking
feed.
