Well correctly speaking you can't do it with outlook it doesn't have the
feature required.
However, you can configure this setting in dnews.conf
approved_auto true
Which will allow you to post moderated messages automatically if your from
address matches the email
address in the moderators.conf file.
Your other options are to use dmod the utility we provide or a news client
that knows how to add
approved headers like Free Agent.
