Sorry the ini setting you can change is (ok dnews.conf setting, slip of the
tongue)
nocached_subject Downloading message...
The file you want is
/usr/local/dnews/nocached.body
Due to a fault in the installation (we'll fix this in the next build) the
file doesn't already exist, so just create one.
