WG: X-Trace Header

Hello!

I have some problems with the x-trace header and dnews.

In my current postings I have the following header:

X-Trace: news.isis.de 993128175 127.0.0.1 (21 Jun 2001 14:56:15 +0100)

This is incorrect.
The correct header should be +0200 (due german summer time).
My question is now how to fix this? I saw no option to change this.
Timzone on the host system is MET and timezone in dnews.conf is set to
MET.

Can anybody give me a hint?
