Hi,

This is correct, with spam_debug set to false, the poster will see the
message as being accepted by the server, and no error or rule filtering
information visible to them. When set true, this information is shown to the
user.

Just to clarify, the 'spam_debug false' setting quoted by the original
poster is the default value, and you must explicitly set this to true for
rejection messages to be displayed.
