Hi, This 'problem' is with Netscape. Specifically Netscape is enforcing the rule that newsgroup names be ASCII-only, and is most likely objecting to the characters used for encoding. There is nothing you can do about this (unless Netscape can be configured to ignore this rule) other than using another client or changing the names of your groups to ones which don't require encoding. - Roydon L.
