Hi, basically the only way is to do this;
         tellnews cached "*" 10000
we used to have a setting to do this but frankly it was consistently used
incorrectly as doing this is almost (but not always as in your case) a bad
idea and we eventually had to remove the setting to stop it being
used incorrectly, so now only the command as above does what you want.
