Hi, Sorry, I'm not totally clear on what you are asking. Is server two sucking off server one, or are they both sucking off another server? If they are both sucking from the same server, try configuring them to update at different times. The upstream server may simply be denying access to the second server (limited number of connections). There should be a reason in dnews.log. If server two is sucking from server one, then yes, you would expect server two to be behind. If you just wish to make server two catch up, you can configure a second sucking feed from server one, and it should obtain the missing posts. May I ask why you are running multiple servers? If you wish to create a redundant backup, we may be able to suggest some configuration changes to allow you to make crash recovery more transparent. Please send us your configuration files and a description of what you wish to do, and we'll suggest any changes that may be appropriate for your situation. - Roydon L.
