Hi, as a quick test set in dnews.conf
cancel_disable true
Then do a tellnews reload, this disables all cancels, I think you could disable
them just for this group using a filter rule file, but lets find out if it
will do any good before we try and figure out a rule file that will
do the job. I think it's more likely this group isn't getting to you
for some other reason. And even if it is cancels, they may be stopping the
messages before they get to your system, so ignoring cancels may not help.
