Does the post appear locally and then not make it upstream?
Or does it not appear locally.
In either case post a message then examine dnews.log and dnews.out to see what
goes wrong. If you can't see the problem then send us the
log section showing the attempted post together with
your dnews.conf and newsfeeds.conf
