Title: External mail not getting through

We have Dmail installed on an external server (Win 2000 Server) which is on the public port of a Firebox II firewall.  Our Exchange server is on our trusted port of the firewall.  Our Dmail/Web server is on the public port.  The symptoms of the issue are as follows:

1. If any external source sends an email to a user it is not delivered.
2. If we send an email via our Outlook (which passes through the Exchange server) it works fine.
3. Our existing list server is still working fine.
4. Any new list or user doesn't seem to work.

Would you expect a long delay after setting up a user before it is accessible from the net?
