Sounds like a bug, non critical by the sound of it as you'd have to
issue that command about 30,000 times to run out, but still a problem
eventually so we better get it fixed, can you send me your dnews.conf
as I suspect it's config related (since normally an update wouldn't
result in a process creation so wouldn't typically leak handles in that way.
