Hi, Based on that, I would also think the remote end wasn't configured correctly. Are you using a posting feed or ihave?
If you are posting, you can just add your username and password to the feed (After the groups on nntp_suckn lines), and even if the remote end has its configuration incorrect then you will most likely still be able to post.
