Hi, You will need to install DNews on the NT box and copy over the spool and configuration (Assuming you want to keep them).
Upgrading DNews will replace your existing templates, so it is best to copy these to another location if you're wanting to keep them. Once installed on NT, you can copy over your old templates and make any necessary changes to support the newer version of dnewsweb.
