No, there is no way to force the order of the headers. While this could be
done, since the path header has to be rewritten anyway, it isn't something
that will be of any real benefit.

Even though it would be nice to have all 'required' and useful headers
placed neatly next to each other, my own belief is that you should never
alter any part of the message unless required to by the relevant RFC.
