It means when trying to send a message out to another server, the
message no longer existed locally.
If you see a lot of these it means the feed to that site is backlogging
too much.
If you are sending anyone a full feed change it to 'type dfeed' in newsfeeds.conf
If you are not intending to send anyone a full feed, then you probably
are sending one by accident, examine newsfeeds.conf and tellnews stats_out
to see which one it is and maybe adjust an exclude setting ...
