Yes. So any fancy spam blocking on your smtp gateway will cause you problems, you need
to tell your mail server to allow the dnews server ip address to send anything it
wants.

It's placed in a .feed/.sending file in the workarea, then sent in the background
queue.
You should see an 'out' line in dnews.out when it's sent.
