NNTP does not distinguish between domains, so unless you specifically require a different headers or welcome messages, normally you would just point news.domain1/2.com to the same IP address using DNS.
If you do require something more complex, such as different groups being available on each server, you can do that by using 'domains.conf', and making small changes to dnews.conf. No need to run multiple instances of DNews. This requires one IP per virtual domain.
If you don't need to distinguish between connections, or if you can identify the end points for the purpose of selecting groups (e.g. Two ISPs with known IP ranges), then I would recommend the simple approach.

Can I have 2 DNews Servers running on one computer?
This way I can have news.domain1.com and news.domain2.com no?
