Most mail servers have a setting which lets you tell it to accept non authenticated connections from a specific ip address, that is you best way of fixing this. If the users mail server is still not showing the posting it may be due to some spam filter settings, you would need to find the actual error in his mail logs to know why it's being filtered. Really he should put a 'whitelist' rule if possible. ChrisP.
