It depends on various config settings. Normally an item must be
read to make a group 'cached'
Relevant settings are
cache_ongroup
and
cache_onxover
However the output of that command above is misleading, it gives
the total groups is set, not the number that were 'cached' before
it set them to uncached. So you need to check how many are
really cached first with tellnews status.
