Devuan already have a network of build servers, but we have choosen to
use a different approach from debian.

We don't use a wanna-build machine nor buildd, instead, we push ALL our
packages on gitlab, and using gitlab issues with a special bot (
releasebot ) we have done for devuan, it will setup jobs on jenkins.

Then, we have a jenkins-debian-glue cluster with (actually) 10 build
hosts that care about building source and binary packages, and then push
them on our dak based deb repository.

There are missing pieces to have a full setup, and we will have to write
a lot of things, but it works and our workflow is established this way
on.

Well then, what about the packages page? It doesn't need the wanna-build system, just a repo to pull packages.
