It's a new package... So, it *must* be added to the unstable branch
(i.e. Ceres)
By the way,*not* automatically starting at xcfe startup is a feature,
not a bug. I can always start it up myself. Anyway, isn't that
properly part of xcfe configuration?

Creating a 'netman.desktop' file in '/etc/xdg/autostart' directory,
netman will start automatically.
