This is more than ironic coming from the guy who shit in the swimming pool.

I was working yesterday and came up against the mess that has occurred since udev has decided to not follow the kernel's conventions of network device naming, sure there are work arounds to fix it, but there shouldn't have to be. This kind of crap should not be forced on everybody but that is what is happening as the powdered egg operating system layer that is systemd is rapidly turning GNU/Linux into New Goo Linux.

As I was messing about with some programs that have been forced to eat these powdered eggs and came to the conclusion as others have indicated that Debian is rapidly becoming useless as a repo from which to grab even simple applications.

You can read about it and think about it, but when you actually have to eat the powdered eggs they make you want to puke.
