You don't need _package_ HPLIP.  You just need printer-driver-hpcups and
printer-driver-hpijs.  Package hplip is an omnibus desktop-oriented
packaging of the HPIJS and HPLIP drivers, and therefore includes
GNOME-dependency hooks.
