Nope, since that one is an arm64 image. For the rpi2 you should use: devuan_jessie_1.0.0-beta2_armhf_raspi2.img.xz which is an armhf image. Otherwise, the armel image for rpi1: devuan_jessie_1.0.0-beta2_armel_raspi1.img.xz should work on all of them, but with soft FP.
