Not everyone is a sucker who uses stuff with ME/PSP.

You can get a (libre firmware) KCMA-D8/KGPE-D16 pre-PSP AMD for x86,
which for now is good enough to play video games.
A Lenovo G505S laptop (almost open source firmware, also pre-PSP)
Or a TALOS 2 (libre hardware and firmware, pending RYF certificated)
