Yes, I've been seeding the full torrent for jessie stable since it became stable. I have also noted that it is uploading from time to time. I am on a slow connection by today's standards, but even if I'm the only one seeding it (which I hope isn't the case), you should be seeing any part of it you try to get coming down slowly.
