I had success creating an iso by adding -iso-level 3 to /usr/bin/refractasnapshot-gui.
I'm on version 10.0.2 which I guess is out of date. I'm messing with the iso now, having boot trouble that I think is related to the type of USB I'm using. I'll keep messing with this, if I continue having trouble I'll try changing -iso-level 3 to compliance iso_9660_level=3 and see if that helps anything. Thanks for the help!
