That's the problem - just because you or I don't want to use a particular option, doesn't mean we can avoid doing so if we have a need to deal with people and they have made that decision. At the day job we are starting to use Teams. I can see a lot going for it, but it also looks like more of the same slow, clumsy, eye candy we've come to expect from MS.
