It was a very messy discussion with lots of good people having different views. 
The result is the outcome of a consensus based process which as we know can be 
complicated sometimes.

What I think we should remember is that the process did conclude, compared with 
some that because of interest of complete consensus (and not acceptance of 
rough) that never terminate. I.e. a strength.
