Newest ICANN gTLD registrar contract, RAA 2013, require IPv6 support from registrars. As their old contracts (RAA 2009) expire over the course of the next 3 years, they will have to. All new gTLD contracts required IPv6 glue and IPv6 delegation support from start, and most previous gTLDs (if not all) and ccTLDs have both IPv6 glue and delegation support at this time, whether required or not. Some CDNs (like Cloudflare) provide IPv6 by default, while some (cof... cof... something that ends with mai) require clients to upgrade. Rubens
