We have unfortunately not managed to magically solve the connectivity problem between HE and Cogent, so there is no expectation that singly-hosted HE and Cogent customers will now be able to see each other. All we did was make C-root visible to DNSViz. Matt Pounsett DNS-OARC Systems Engineering
