As announced at the OARC AGM on October 28th, the Privacy Committee are
running a survey to investigate the usage of the OARC data storage and
analysis services available to OARC members. The survey is part of our
efforts to update the data sharing and privacy agreement and thereby
also to make it easier for our community to access and use data.

Please ask anyone in your organisation who uses the OARC data to also
fill this survey in.
Although the survey uses Google Forms, it does NOT require a Google
account to complete it. Any Google account a user is signed into when
completing the survey is NOT recorded - the survey is anonymous by
default. Users can optionally identify themselves and/or their
organisation if they are willing to do so, to aid in possible follow up.
Only the members of the privacy committee will have access to any
provided user identities and they will not be released in the survey
analysis results.
The results of the survey will be shared with the OARC community for
further feedback and discussion, either during an OARC workshop or on
the mailing lists (or both).
