OARC 38 will be taking place on Saturday July 30th & Sunday July 31st, 2022
(~10:00 - ~16:00 EDT // ~14:00 - ~20:00 UTC) - both online and in-person at
Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, 201 North 17th Street
Philadelphia, PA 13103, United States.
Registrations are now open and is required whether you attend in-person, or
remotely. The registration page is accessible via the OARC 38 link below.
You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than July 15th, 2022 to
attend OARC 38 at the venue. Further details are in the COVID-19 Protocol

US$350 Early Bird until July 11th
US$450 Late registration from July 12th
Outside of allocation / Non-Member registration
US$500 Early Bird until July 11th

Remote attendance:
US$100 Members & Supporters (within allocation)
US$200 Outside of allocation / Non-Member registration
Accommodation

We have a limited number of rooms available at the workshop venue at $190 +
taxes per night (flexible rate, cancellable up to 72 hours in advance of
arrival date. Breakfast is not included), with earliest arrival on July 29th
with latest departure on August 1st.
These are available under the IETF114 block, and due to the limited number of
rooms available at conference rates, both IETF and OARC are sending the booking
link in the registration confirmation emails. Rooms are also available at the
venue hotel at standard rates.
