Mostly not, but GSSAPI is the most prominent precedent.
Though getaddrinfo(3) is much closer in scope to a potential
API for HTTPS/SVCB lookups.

Please DO NOT bolt these onto getaddrinfo(3) as a very lossy view of the
full record content. An API for HTTPS/SVCB lookup needs to return all
the key/value pairs, and should not masquerade as just a name-to-ip API.
