Well, it confused me, so I guess the answer is "yes". I was led astray
by the reference to RFC1035 framing, and took that to imply
query-at-time. An explicit reference to 5966bis and pipelining there
would have made things clearer and saved me from my misunderstanding.
Having red 5966bis, I see how things would work, and happily withdraw
my objection :)
